About Us
Across the country, immigrant communities continue to face detention, deportation, and systemic exclusion. In moments of crisis, rapid response can mean the difference between family separation and protection. Born in Pittsburgh and powered by the Global Switchboard, Frontline DIGNITY shows that when communities organize around dignity, they can both respond to immediate crises and transform how people see themselves in the struggle for justice.
Our work is rooted in a simple idea: effective organizing begins with human dignity. By empowering local networks to respond to enforcement activity, we don’t just protect families—we cultivate courage, leadership, and a deeper sense of shared humanity. Over two years, Frontline DIGNITY will expand the Southwestern PA model into a national initiative: training champion organizers, launching new city networks, and creating sustainable infrastructure for long-term impact.
Mission & Vision
We believe dignity means treating every person as an end in themselves, not a means to an end.
Vision
To build a nationwide network of dignity-driven rapid response initiatives that protect immigrant families, transform communities, and develop everyday people into powerful advocates for human rights.
Mission
Frontline DIGNITY equips communities with cutting-edge rapid response tools, transforming moments of crisis into powerful, dignity-driven movements that redefine justice and protect human rights.
